TraccMates started with a familiar mess: five friends, one trip, endless messages, scattered bookings, and expenses nobody could quite remember. We thought the trip deserved better.
Our story
Every great trip has two halves: the anticipation and the memory. In between lives the chaos — screenshots in group chats, PDFs in emails, spreadsheets for costs, and photos spread across every phone.
TraccMates was created to bring that chaos into one calm, shared space. A place where the whole group can shape the plan, track what is being spent, and keep every important detail and memory together.
We are a small team based in the UK, building TraccMates under Crewfellows Limited. We design slowly, listen carefully, and believe travel is at its best when it is shared.
