These terms cover the public Traccmates website while the product is in development. Product terms will be published separately before launch.

About this website
The website introduces a planned travel product and may allow people to request launch updates. It does not currently provide a production Traccmates account, guaranteed early access, travel booking, storage or emergency services.
Product information
Descriptions, concept previews, features, timing, platforms and pricing may change before launch. Nothing on the website is a promise that a particular feature will be released. Confirmed product terms will replace this pre-launch information where appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, automate abusive requests or use the Traccmates name and content in a misleading way.
Intellectual property
The Traccmates name, website design, copy and original product materials are intended to remain the property of their respective owner. Third-party marks and photography remain the property of their owners or licensors. A legal owner statement must be completed before public launch.
Third-party links
The website may link to email or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. A link does not create an endorsement or guarantee their availability.
Availability and liability
The pre-launch website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website and product develop. Material changes will be identified by a new update date. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then displayed.
