Privacy notice
This notice explains the current pre-launch website. It does not describe a finished Traccmates app, and it will be expanded before the product processes travel content.

Our current scope
Traccmates is preparing for launch. The public website provides product information, a contact route and a waitlist interface. The preview does not store waitlist submissions unless a production waitlist provider has been configured.
Information we may receive
If the production waitlist is enabled, we expect to collect the email address you submit, the page context of the signup and limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse. If you contact us directly, we receive the information included in your message.
Why we use it
Waitlist information will be used to confirm your request, send relevant product and launch updates, manage early-access invitations, prevent abuse and respond to privacy requests. It will not be used to imply a production account or store travel memories.
Choice and control
You may unsubscribe from marketing updates using the link in an email. You may also ask to access, correct or delete waitlist information by emailing privacy@traccmates.app. We will verify requests where necessary and respond according to applicable law.
Service providers and international processing
A production waitlist may rely on hosting, email delivery, form-security and analytics providers. Their names, processing locations, retention periods and transfer safeguards must be added here before real collection begins. Traccmates will not make claims about those arrangements before they are selected and reviewed.
Cookies and analytics
The current site is intended to work without non-essential cookies. If analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, relevant consent choices and provider information will be published first. See the cookie policy for the current position.
Children
The waitlist is not directed to children. A final minimum age and any parent or guardian consent requirements are product decisions that must be confirmed before launch.
Future product data
The future product may involve locations, travel dates, companions, photos, videos, journals, expenses and other sensitive personal context. A separate, detailed product privacy notice and verified controls will be required before those features become available.
Contact and legal review
Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@traccmates.app. The operating legal entity, registered address, representative details and supervisory-authority information have not yet been supplied and must be completed, then reviewed by qualified counsel, before production data collection.
