Travel is for people

Accessibility statement

Traccmates wants its public experience to be understandable and usable across different abilities, devices and ways of navigating.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Our approach

We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website. Accessibility is treated as a design and engineering requirement, including semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, useful labels and alternatives to motion.

What the site supports

The landing page includes a skip link, a logical heading structure, labelled forms, status and error announcements, keyboard-operable FAQ controls, meaningful image descriptions and a reduced-motion mode. Content remains available without the decorative route animation.

Known limitations

Traccmates is pre-launch and has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. The future product interface, account flows and media tools will require separate assistive-technology testing before release.

Feedback

If something prevents you from using the website, email accessibility@traccmates.app with the page, the problem and any assistive technology you were using. We will use that information to investigate and improve the experience.
